GA DHS System Administrator Automation
The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Information Technology is seeking candidates for the temporary contractor position of SystemAdministrator Automation in Atlanta, Georgia.

We are looking for an experienced System AdministratorAutomation with expertise in Ansible, GitHub, LoadRunner, and LeapWork to joinour team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing automation andtesting tools, ensuring streamlined integration across development, testing,and operations teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in automatingprocesses, managing version control, and driving the performance of automationand testing tools.

Key Responsibilities 

·       Configure and manage tools such as Ansible,Leapwork, LoadRunner, Github leveraged by Infrastructure and Application team

·       Develop, maintain, and optimize Ansibleplaybooks and roles for automating IT infrastructure and applicationdeployments.

·       Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to automateconfiguration management, software deployments, and cloud provisioning.Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance Ansible playbooks for performance andreliability.

·       Manage GitHub repositories, ensuring bestpractices for version control, collaboration, and pull request workflows.

·       Implement access controls, branch protection,and security policies to maintain repository integrity.

·       Integrate GitHub with CI/CD tools to automatecode deployment and testing.

·       Configure, monitor, and maintain LoadRunnerenvironments for performance and load testing.

·       Develop and execute LoadRunner test scripts toensure application scalability and reliability.

·       Analyze LoadRunner test results to identifybottlenecks and recommend performance improvements.

·       Collaborate with development teams to design andimplement performance testing strategies using LoadRunner and Leapwork.

·       Integrate Ansible, GitHub, LoadRunner, andLeapWork with other tools to create efficient end-to-end automation pipelines.

·       Provide ongoing support for all tools, ensuringsmooth operation and resolving issues that arise within the automation andtesting environments.

·       Create and maintain reports and dashboards totrack automation progress, test results, and performance metrics.

·       Stay updated with the latest developments in thetools and technologies to recommend and implement improvements
